This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use kelvinui.com (the “Site”), how it is used, and the choices you have. Kelvin UI is operated by Hasan Kurşun (“we”, “us”).

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email, optional company, and message you provide, solely so we can reply.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data — pages viewed, device type, and approximate (city-level) location — to understand traffic. We do not use it to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiries, send updates you have asked for, and improve the Site. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a few third parties that process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms: Web3Forms (contact-form delivery), Loops (newsletter email), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Vercel (hosting).

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works without them.

Retention & your rights

We keep contact messages as long as needed to handle your request, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hakursn@proton.me.
